Welcome to Pacific Pool & Spa, LLC. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Pacific Pool & Spa provides pool and spa cleaning and maintenance services in the South Bay area of California. New clients begin with a one-time paid cleaning service, which serves as an initial mutual assessment before any ongoing plan is discussed.

Scheduling & Payment

Service appointments are scheduled through our online booking system.
Payment for the one-time cleaning is due at time of service and processed through our billing platform, Skimmer.
Recurring monthly service plans, if elected after the initial cleaning, are billed monthly and auto-charged to the payment method on file.

Cancellations

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Pacific Pool & Spa, LLC related to appointments, quotes, and billing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Customers may also separately opt in to receive promotional and marketing text messages, such as special offers and discounts. This consent is optional and separate from transactional communications consent.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

Our services and SMS program are only available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Limitation of Liability

Pacific Pool & Spa, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
